After your petition is approved, your fiancee must obtain a visa issued at a U.S. Embassy or consulate
abroad. Your fiancee must remain unmarried until the arrival of the fiancee in the U.S. The marriage
must take place within 90 days of your fiancee entering the United States. If the marriage does not take
place within 90 days or your fiancee marries someone other than you (the U.S. citizen filing the petition),
your fiancee will be required to leave the United States. Until the marriage takes place, your fiancee
is considered a nonimmigrant. A nonimmigrant is a foreign national seeking to temporarily enter the United
States for a specific purpose. A fiancee may not obtain an extension of the 90-day original nonimmigrant
admission.
Also, if you do find someone you would like to get to know better, do so, but keep in mind that there is a whole world of people who may be just as interesting or compatible with you.
Don't limit yourself to the first person you find. Go ahead and "play the field". Look around at what else the online dating world has to offer you. You don't owe anyone an explanation for
doing so and, in fact, it would probably be better to keep that information to yourself until things get more serious with one person or another.

The consular section at the embassy or consulate where you, the fiancé(e) of an American citizen, will apply
for a visa, will tell you about any additional specific requirements that you need to fulfill to complete your
visa application, such as where you need to go for the required medical examination. The following is required:
* A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond
the applicant's intended period of stay in the United States.
* Birth certificate
* Divorce or death certificate of any previous spouse for both the applicant and the petitioner
* Police certificate from all places lived since age 16
* Medical examination (vaccinations are optional, see below)
* Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support may be requested.)
* Two Nonimmigrant Visa Applications, Form DS-156 (A Form DS-156, prepared in duplicate.)
* One Nonimmigrant Fiancé(e) Visa Application, Form DS-156K
* Two nonimmigrant visa photos (each two inches 50 X 50 mm square, showing full face, against a light background)
* Evidence of a fiancé relationship
* Payment of fees, as explained below.
